Prepare to Succeed at ISSB

Exams and tests are important aspects of every ones life. Now a day the exams are not restricted to schools, colleges and universities but also one has to appear in one or other kind of exam before the start of a job or career. Every one prepares for every exam but career exams seems to be difficult because what so ever you have studied so far in life, is included in the syllabus.

One such exam is ISSB, which every one who seeks to get commission in Army, Navy or Air Force has to undergo. I feel that this is the most complicated, complex and detailed exam conducted in Pakistan. One has to stay at ISSB for 5 days and has to go through written tests, physical activities, intelligence tests and the interview. There is no doubt that the selection system is absolutely fair as three persons select independently and till final day they don’t know each other in the sense that they are selecting same candidate.

The most confusing thing for most of the candidates is that there is no set syllabus and one does not know what to prepare and how to prepare. There are number of academies minting money from candidates in the name of preparation but percentage of selection of candidates trained by such academies is very low as ISSB people can make out this training. Getting training for ISSB is prohibited and candidates are told accordingly at selection canters. Once they report at ISSB, they have to give a certificate that they never joined an academy for training.
